The repository stopped carrying every historical mechanism forever; validation got cheaper, and the sorted corpus was audited before being treated as training truth.

The first controlled live movement of the 157-plugin plan, then local intelligence, every-plugin accounting, a real desktop shell and packaged executables.

The rudest, most useful review: thousands of passing tests, yet a fresh user could not complete the fundamental job. The answer was one coherent spine from workspace selection to undo.

The slow conversion from developer-correct to consumer-reliable: packaging, navigation, visual state, recovery, progress truth and performance.

Safety and runtime had pulled ahead of the intelligence, so the work became recognising unseen products, calibrating uncertainty and reducing review honestly.

A build became a specimen. A specimen had to survive startup, interruption, migration, real file movement and exact Undo.

The useful majority had to stay usable. Progress had to tell the truth. Recovery had to recover. The installed application had to feel like a product.

Thousands of reviewed products and almost complete installed descriptions. A much better memory, but not yet the ability to understand everything new.

Hold the evidence still. Separate the fields. Follow the information into the consumer. Find out what the system actually knows.

Correct citations, persuasive descriptions and well-formed records could still carry false facts. The experiments stopped letting those concepts blur together.

Evidence changed rankings without changing understanding. The next test had to challenge the architecture and the measuring stick at the same time.
